NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING
The Commissioners for CONSOLIDATED KOSHKONONG SANITARY DISTRICT will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed 2012 budget on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. in the Cunningham-Traynor-Miles Administrative Building, 328 E. Ellendale Road, Edgerton, WI.
Following the Public Hearing there will be a Special Meeting to adopt the proposed 2012 budget.

2. Public Participation
3. Discuss/Take Possible Action on Proposed 2012 Budget
4. Convene into Closed Session Pursuant to Chapter 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats. for the Purpose of Deliberating or Negotiating the Investing of Public Funds due to Competitive or Bargaining Reasons Involving Selecting an Engineering Firm
5. Reconvene into Open Session
6. Discuss Selecting an Engineering Firm
7. Adjournment
